Do I need prior boxing or kickboxign experience?
- No, you do not need any prior experience to be great at BOXEN. Most everyone here started as a beginner, so don't be afraid to try!
- We will demonstrate and teach you proper form and technique to punch & kick on a variety of heavy bags, mitts & pads. We will start slow and work up to higher intensity sessions, always without contact between individuals.
- At BOXEN, we take pride in being one of the friendliest places around. Our coaches and members alike are very supportive of one another. We will help you reach your fitness goals in a super fun and friendly environment, without any judgement.
- We invite you to stop by, say hello and watch for a while. We are sure you'll feel right at home in no time
First visit?
What is your membership policy / What are your membership offerings?
- There are NO registration and NO enrollment fees.
- Designed to fit your specific needs and budget, we offer a variety of memberships, including month to month, 3 month and 6 month packages. We also offer a pre-paid 10 session package and drop-in's are always welcome.
- All memberships include unlimited access to our boxing / kickboxing circuit, boot camps, weight lifting equipment and more.
Do you offer a trial class?
- Yes, your first session is totally FREE.
Do I need to have may own set of boxing gloves?
- We have gloves on hand that you can rent (free for your first session), but ask that you purchase a set of boxing gloves and hand wraps for use thereafter. We have a few options available at BOXEN and will discuss this further during your first visit.
Do you offer personal training or group classes?
- Yes, personal strength training classes are currently available. Individual & Group Boxing / Kickboxing technique classes are also available. Rates vary so please contact us for more details
Will I have to spar with another person?
- No! Our sessions are non-contact and you'll workout on a variety of heavy bags.
What if I am under 18?
- Boxen is a key card access / adult facility and therefore you must be at least 18 years old to join our club.
